Senior corporate partner role in a well-established national law firm, joining the Minneapolis corporate team. The position focuses on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance for public and private company clients.

The role combines lead transaction work with client relationship development and team leadership. The team handles complex buy- and sell-side transactions as well as ongoing governance and advisory matters.

Candidates with an established, portable practice or a demonstrable track record of originating and managing corporate transactions are encouraged to apply.

Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and active good standing
Proven partner-level M&A and transactional experience (cross-border experience a plus)
Demonstrable client development and relationship-management skills; portable client relationships welcomed
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
