Senior corporate partner opportunity in Munich to lead and grow a market-facing corporate practice with a focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets. The role will handle complex cross-border transactions and advise strategic and financial sponsors across the German market.

The firm is looking for a seasoned partner able to run a transactional team, develop client relationships and work closely with sector and international colleagues. A portable practice is required and the role offers a visible leadership platform in the office.

Proven partner-level track record in M&A, private equity and/or capital markets transactions
Established client relationships and ability to bring a portable practice
Strong transaction management and team leadership skills
Excellent German and English language skills; admitted to practice in Germany (or equivalent qualification)
