Leading German law practice is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its restructuring and insolvency capabilities within the corporate team in Munich. The role combines mandate leadership on restructurings and distressed transactions with broader corporate advisory work.

The partner will take a visible client-facing role, supervising a team, driving business development, and working on complex cross-practice matters. The team advises creditors, sponsors and corporates on restructurings, insolvency-related M&A and out-of-court workouts.

Proven partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency and distressed corporate transactions.
Track record of leading mandates and managing junior lawyers.
Commercial acumen and ability to originate or grow client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Admission to practice in Germany and fluency in German and English.
