Senior corporate partner opportunity at a well-regarded German law firm’s Munich office. The role focuses on leading M&A and transactional matters, advising on corporate governance, and developing high-value deals for domestic and international clients.

The firm is seeking an experienced partner to grow and lead the practice group, work closely with senior colleagues across offices, and take responsibility for business development and client relationships. Candidates with an existing portable practice or proven track record of originating M&A work are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with substantial M&A and corporate transactional experience.
Proven track record of managing complex cross-border transactions and advising on corporate governance.
Demonstrable business development skills; a portable practice or ability to originate client work is desirable.
Qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and fluent in German and English.
Strong leadership, team management, and client-facing skills.
