Experienced restructuring partner sought to join a highly regarded German law firm’s Munich office. The role sits at the intersection of insolvency/ restructuring and corporate advisory work, leading complex turnaround and distressed M&A matters on behalf of lenders, corporates and stakeholders.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and related corporate transactions
Proven track record of leading mandates and managing teams
Business development focus; portable client base/relationships welcomed
Fluency in German and confident English for cross-border matters
