Seeking a partner to join a well-established national practice and help lead growth in corporate M&A, capital markets, private equity and technology transactions. The role will also interface with related IP litigation and technology-driven deal work.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and manage client relationships, originate new work, and work collaboratively across practice groups and offices. Portable business is welcome; preference given to candidates who can demonstrably bring or grow a relevant book of business.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A, private equity) and/or capital markets.
Proven track record advising on technology-related deals and IP-related commercial matters; experience with IP litigation a plus.
Demonstrable business development and client management skills; ability to work cross-office with national/international teams.
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required.
