Seeking a senior partner to join a global law firm s Dallas office to lead and expand a cross-practice corporate platform. The role focuses on M&A (including private equity and strategic transactions), capital markets and issuer-side work, and matters for emerging growth and technology clients.

There is also scope to work with adjacent practices including technology transactions and IP litigation/transactions, and to collaborate with national and international teams on sector-focused work (life sciences, technology, financial services, energy).

The role is open to established rainmakers or teams with a portable practice who can drive origination and client development within a multi-office platform.

Established partner with demonstrable corporate/M&A and capital markets experience.
Proven track record advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients; experience with emerging-growth and startup matters desirable.
Experience handling technology transactions and/or IP-related commercial or litigation matters preferred.
Ability to originate and develop client relationships across multiple offices; preference for candidates with a portable book of business.
