Partner — Corporate, Technology & IP (New York)

Growing New York office of a leading global law firm is seeking a partner to join its Corporate & Technology group with close alignment to Intellectual Property and Capital Markets work. The role will sit at the intersection of corporate M&A (including private equity), issuer-side capital markets and technology/emerging growth transactions, with regular collaboration with IP and tech-transaction teams.

The successful candidate will help lead and expand a high‑profile practice, originate and manage client relationships, and work across cross‑disciplinary deal teams. This is a senior leadership role in a fast‑growing office with significant platform and institutional support.

• Established partner with demonstrable experience in corporate M&A and/or capital markets work, ideally including private equity and issuer-side matters.
• Track record in technology and emerging growth company transactions; experience with technology transactions and IP-related commercial issues a strong plus.
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills; a portable practice/book of business will be favorably considered.
• Experience leading deal teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and working collaboratively across practice groups.
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to work in the U.S.
