Partner, Corporate & Technology — Philadelphia

Partner-level opening with a leading global law firm for an experienced corporate practitioner to join the firm’s Philadelphia corporate and technology team. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions across emerging growth and established clients.

Ideal candidates will have a portable transactional practice and experience advising issuers, private equity-backed companies and technology clients on deals and commercial arrangements. The team works closely with intellectual property and finance specialists across the firm on cross-practice matters.

• Proven partner-level background in M&A, capital markets and technology transactions.
• Portable transactional practice or demonstrable client origination capacity preferred.
• Experience advising growth-stage and corporate clients, including work with private equity and issuer-side matters.
• Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with IP, finance and cross-office teams.
