The successful candidate will take a senior role in client development, pitch work and cross‑office deal execution. This is a growth role with support from a national and international platform; openness to candidates who bring a portable practice or proven origination record.

Proven partner‑level experience in M&A, capital markets or tech transactions
Track record of leading deals, managing teams and delivering cross‑disciplinary client service
Strong business development and client relationship skills; portable practice or demonstrated origination preferred
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to work in the United States
