Senior partner-level opening for a corporate transactions leader to join a major national law firm’s Los Angeles office. The role sits in a cross-practice corporate team that covers M&A, capital markets, emerging growth and technology transactions, with close collaboration with IP and finance specialists.

The team advises issuers, PE-backed companies and high-growth technology and life sciences clients on strategic deals and transactional work. The firm is seeking an experienced partner able to originate and lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and grow a portable or institutional client base.

Established partner with a strong corporate transactional background (M&A, PE, or capital markets).
Demonstrable experience on technology transactions and/or advising emerging growth companies; IP transaction or IP litigation coordination a plus.
Proven track record of business origination and client relationship management; ability to bring or develop a portable practice.
Strong leadership skills, including supervision of associates and cross-practice collaboration.
