Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy corporate team in the Phoenix office to grow and lead transactional work. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets, with significant opportunity to lead technology transactions and support related IP litigation matters.

The team serves clients across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy; the successful candidate will work closely with national and international colleagues to originate and execute cross-border and domestic deals. The firm values candidates who can both lead client relationships and integrate into collaborative practice groups.

Established partner with substantial corporate/M&A and capital markets experience
Demonstrable experience on technology transactions and save-handling IP-related deal issues
Portable client relationships and a track record of originating business
Strong leadership, team-building and cross-practice collaboration skills
