Senior lateral partner opportunity to join and help lead an established corporate platform in Seattle. The role focuses on driving growth across M&A, capital markets, emerging-growth/startup work and technology transactions, with complementary IP litigation and transactional matters.

The team seeks a strategic rainmaker who can originate and manage complex transactional work, mentor junior lawyers and partner with practice leaders to expand sector coverage (including technology, life sciences, financial services and energy). This is a senior role with a clear emphasis on business development and practice-building.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and capital markets, and strong exposure to technology transactions and emerging-growth companies.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable book of business is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop cross-practice work and contribute to business development initiatives.
Active admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and eligibility to work in the U.S.
