Established partner-level experience in lender-side corporate lending; mining finance experience considered an asset.
Proven business development and strong bank/lender relationships.
Comfort building and expanding a practice within an equity partnership model; a portable book is helpful but not required.
Track record of leading transactions and advising banks on complex financings.
