Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in the Baltimore office. The role will focus on counseling and litigation work across traditional labor and employment matters, with a strong emphasis on executive compensation and benefits.

The team advises employers on compliance, workforce strategies, and executive pay arrangements, handling both preventive counseling and contested matters. The office offers integrated support from related practices and opportunities to work on multi-jurisdictional matters.

This is a partner-track lateral role for an experienced practitioner with a proven book of business or demonstrable client-development capability in employment-related work.

  • Established partner with significant experience in employment and labor law
  • Demonstrated experience advising on executive compensation and benefits
  • Proven client-development skills or a portable practice in the space
  • Strong litigation and counseling background, with experience handling multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
