We are seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a busy Baltimore litigation team. The group handles commercial litigation matters across employment and labor, professional liability, healthcare, and construction disputes for a mix of private and institutional clients.

The role combines case leadership, courtroom advocacy, and client management. You will lead significant matters, supervise associates, and work closely with colleagues across related practices to deliver strategic, client-focused solutions.

Candidates with an established, portable practice or demonstrable business development capability are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a track record in commercial disputes (employment, professional liability, healthcare and/or construction preferred)
Proven courtroom and motion practice skills, including trial experience
Experience managing teams and mentoring associates
Demonstrable business development skills or a portable book of business
Admission to the Maryland bar or eligibility to become admitted
