Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Charlotte. The role will involve advising employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters, leading client engagements, and working closely with regional and national colleagues.

The position offers a chance to build a regional practice within an established platform, manage a team of lawyers and staff, and take a visible role in business development and client relationship management.

Established partner-level experience in labor and employment law advising employers on workplace litigation, counseling, and compliance.
Demonstrated track record of originating and managing client matters; ability to develop and grow a regional practice.
Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to practice in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain admission).
Strong leadership, business development, and team management skills; experience mentoring junior lawyers.
