This is a rainmaking partner opportunity: the team is looking for a senior practitioner who can strengthen client relationships, develop new business, and contribute to firm leadership and team development. The position offers collaboration with a broad national practice and access to established resources.

Established partner-level experience in employment law, including employee benefits and labor & employment matters.
Proven track record of client development and managing significant matters or portfolios.
Ability to work collaboratively across a national practice and mentor junior lawyers.
Admission to the relevant state bar and standing credentials appropriate for partner-level placement.
Portable practice or demonstrable business development pipeline preferred.
