Senior partner opportunity in a full-service U.S. firm seeking experienced partners to build and lead work in employment & labor, corporate, and intellectual property litigation from the Denver office. The role is practice-focused and designed for rainmaking partners who will collaborate with national teams across litigation, IP and corporate matters.

Priority hiring areas include corporate (deal and transactional work), IP and patent litigation, and ERISA/employee benefits — candidates with a portable book and a proven track record of originating and managing client relationships will be strongly considered. The firm offers flexibility on compensation structures and partnership arrangements for the right lateral.

Established partner with significant experience in one or more of: employment & labor, ERISA/employee benefits, corporate transactions, or IP/patent litigation.
Proven origination history and a portable practice or demonstrable book of business.
Track record of client development and ability to work collaboratively across a national platform.
Experience managing teams and delivering high-value matters; prior law firm leadership or substantial client-facing responsibility preferred.
