Leading Dallas-based employment and labor team is seeking a lateral partner to expand its practice. The role focuses on advising employers on workplace counseling, litigation defense, and labor matters across a range of industries.

This position offers a senior attorney the opportunity to lead client matters, mentor junior lawyers, and play a central role in business development for the regional practice. Portable client relationships are welcome and will be supported.

Established partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including counseling and litigation
Active admission to practice in Texas (or ability to obtain)
Track record of client development and ability to lead engagements
Strong management and mentoring skills; experience supervising teams and delegating matters
