Established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Dallas Employee Benefits practice. The role focuses on ESOP work and broader employee benefits matters, advising employers on plan design, compliance and transactions.

The team advises across a range of industries and collaborates with other practice groups on client matters. This is a visible partnership role with client-facing responsibility and opportunities to expand a benefits practice within the region.

Proven partner-level experience in employee benefits, with demonstrable ESOP experience or strong interest in expanding into ESOP work
Track record of client development and ability to manage and grow a benefits/ESOP practice; portable business welcomed
Experience counseling employers on ERISA, qualified plans, deferred compensation and benefits-related transactional work
Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible) and able to work from the Dallas office
