Leading US-based law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Houston Employment & Labor practice. The role will focus on counseling employers and handling matters across employee benefits and labor & employment law, working with a broad range of corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and be expected to develop and expand client relationships in the Houston market. The role offers the opportunity to lead significant matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development.

Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, with substantial experience advising on employee benefits and labor & employment matters.
Proven business development track record or ability to bring a portable client base.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring associates.
Admission to the relevant state bar (or eligibility) and strong professional references.
