Leading US law firm seeks a partner to join its San Diego employment and labor litigation team. The role focuses on handling a diverse caseload of workplace disputes and counseling employers on contentious matters, and will involve courtroom and arbitration work.

Partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation representing employers
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and courtroom presence
Demonstrable client development and relationship management skills; portable practice a plus
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff
Active bar admission in California (or eligibility)
