Senior partner role in a national law firm team handling complex litigation matters for healthcare clients, including defense work under government enforcement statutes and managed-care disputes. The practice also advises on technology-related litigation arising from AI, cyber security, and digital-asset issues.

The role combines hands-on litigation leadership with practice development responsibilities. You will lead teams on high-stakes matters, mentor associates, and work closely with cross-practice groups to grow the healthcare and technology litigation platform.

Proven partner or senior counsel litigation background with substantial healthcare-defense experience, including False Claims Act and managed-care litigation
Track record handling technology-related disputes (AI, cyber security, cryptocurrency or similar)
Strong courtroom and motion practice experience; ability to lead matters from intake through trial
Demonstrated business development and client-management skills
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred)
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
