Experienced litigation partner role on a national firm s team, based in San Diego, focused on healthcare litigation and related technology-enabled disputes. The team handles government and commercial matters, with particular strength in False Claims Act defense, managed-care disputes and complex business litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The role offers leadership of client engagements, trial and appellate work, and collaboration with multidisciplinary attorneys across the firm s healthcare and technology practices. The firm seeks a partner who can grow a practice in these areas and who will play a visible role in client development and matter management.

Established partner with a proven litigation track record (trial and appellate experience preferred).
Substantive experience defending False Claims Act and managed-care matters, or comparable healthcare litigation experience.
Comfort handling technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency) and coordinating cross-practice teams.
Demonstrated business development ability; portable book of business preferred and the willingness to develop client relationships locally and nationally.
