Senior litigation partner role to lead and grow an employment and labor practice from the firm's Shelburne office. The position combines courtroom and regulatory litigation work with counseling on employment-related disputes and workplace risk management.

The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for managing complex employment litigation matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing client relationships. There is flexibility for a partner with a portable practice to integrate existing clients and origination into the office platform.

Established partner-level litigation experience in labor & employment matters
Strong trial and dispositive motion background, with experience managing teams on contested litigation
Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and originate work
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly
Leadership and mentoring experience within a law firm setting
