Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Healthcare Litigation team in Shelburne. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients across regulatory, compliance and commercial disputes.

This is a hands‑on role combining client development, case management and courtroom/e-discovery work. The firm is looking for an experienced litigator who can grow a regional healthcare practice and contribute to a collaborative trial team.

Established litigation partner with substantial healthcare or life‑sciences disputes experience.
Strong courtroom and motion practice skills, including discovery and case management.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development record preferred.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to transfer admission; willingness to travel regionally as required.
