Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment, Shelburne

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a busy litigation and labor & employment practice from the firm’s Shelburne office. The role covers commercial litigation matters with significant exposure to employment, professional liability, healthcare-related disputes, and construction litigation.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, able to originate and grow business, supervise litigation teams, and handle high-stakes hearings and trials. This is a partner-track placement for an experienced litigator who wants a platform to build a regional practice across multiple industries.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation practice with experience in employment and commercial disputes
• Track record in professional liability, healthcare litigation, and/or construction matters
• Proven business development and client-management capabilities
• Ability to lead teams and handle complex trials and hearings
