Partner — Litigation & Securities, Shelburne

Senior litigation partner role in the firm’s Shelburne office, focused on commercial litigation, securities matters and white‑collar defense. The position involves leading significant contested matters, supervising fee earners and advising private clients on complex disputes.

The successful candidate will handle trial and arbitration work, take primary responsibility for case strategy and client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across practices to service cross‑disciplinary matters.

This is a lateral partner appointment where bringing or growing a portable practice is welcomed; you will be expected to contribute to business development and to mentor junior lawyers.

• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
• Established track record in commercial litigation with significant securities or white‑collar experience.
• Proven trial or arbitration experience and strong advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships; experience growing a practice preferred.
• Experience supervising associates and managing matter budgets and staffing.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
