- Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
- Established track record in commercial litigation with significant securities or white‑collar experience.
- Proven trial or arbitration experience and strong advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships; experience growing a practice preferred.
- Experience supervising associates and managing matter budgets and staffing.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
