A well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles employment and labor team. The role will focus on advising employers on a broad range of workforce matters, with particular emphasis on executive compensation and benefits.

The successful candidate will counsel corporate clients on compensation strategy and compliance, provide practical guidance on labor relations and employment litigation risk, and work closely with cross‑office teams on transactional and advisory matters. This is a visible role with opportunities to shape practice strategy and deepen client relationships.

There is scope to bring and grow a portable practice and to contribute to business development efforts across the firm’s US platform.

  • Established partner with a proven employment and labor practice, including experience in executive compensation and benefits
  • Strong client development and relationship-management skills; comfort with leading engagements and teams
  • Broad experience advising employers on compliance, workforce strategy, and employment-related disputes
  • Licensed to practice in California (or able to become licensed) and eligible to work in the US
