Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its Employment & Labor practice in the Morristown office. The role will combine client work across traditional labor and employment matters with business development and team leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will join a recently opened local office and will be expected to originate and expand client relationships while handling complex litigation, counseling, and preventative employment work. This is an opportunity to build a regional hub for employment services supported by national platform resources.

Admitted to practice in the relevant state; active bar membership required.
Proven partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including litigation and counseling.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Experience managing and mentoring associates and leading client teams.
