Recruiting a lateral partner to join a well-established national law firm’s Employment & Labor team in Nashville. The role will focus on counseling employers and handling a full range of labor and employment matters, including litigation, preventive advice, and workplace investigations.

The successful candidate will lead and develop client relationships, work closely with a cross-practice team, and contribute to business development and practice growth in the region. This is a senior role with opportunity to shape the team’s local strategy.

Demonstrated partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including litigation and counseling employers.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; a portable practice is preferred.
Proven leadership and mentoring ability within a team environment.
Admission to practice in Tennessee or eligibility for admission; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
