Senior employment and labor partner opportunity in a full‑service US firm seeking to expand its New Jersey presence. The role is ideal for a lateral partner who will lead and grow the Employment & Labor practice from the office and work on a mix of counseling, litigation and collective bargaining matters.

The firm is investing in the local office and seeks a partner with an established, portable practice and proven track record in business development. You will have autonomy to shape the team and collaborate with national colleagues on multi‑jurisdictional matters.

Established partner with substantial experience in employment and labor law (counseling and litigation).
Proven business development skills and a portable practice expected to contribute to growth.
Experience managing teams and supervising associates.
Admission to the New Jersey bar (or ability to obtain admission) and eligibility to practice in the US.
