Senior hire sought to lead and grow an employment and labor practice in a New Jersey office of a nationally recognised law firm. The role will combine strategic client advisory work on employment matters with executive compensation and benefits counselling.

This is a partner-level opportunity for a rainmaker or developing leader able to manage high‑value matters, originate business, and mentor a team of associates. The team advises employers across a range of industries on compliance, workplace disputes, executive pay and related issues.

  • Proven partner-level experience in employment & labor law and executive compensation.
  • Track record of originating and handling client matters; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
  • Admissions and standing to practise in New Jersey (or ability to obtain quickly).
  • Strong client development, team leadership, and commercial judgment.
