This is a partner-level opportunity for a rainmaker or developing leader able to manage high‑value matters, originate business, and mentor a team of associates. The team advises employers across a range of industries on compliance, workplace disputes, executive pay and related issues.
- Proven partner-level experience in employment & labor law and executive compensation.
- Track record of originating and handling client matters; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
- Admissions and standing to practise in New Jersey (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Strong client development, team leadership, and commercial judgment.
