Employment & Labor Partner — New Jersey

Leading national law firm seeks an experienced Employment & Labor partner to join its newly opened New Jersey office. The role will focus on counseling employers and litigating employment matters across the region, joining a growing team that handles union relations, wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination claims and related employment counseling.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven practice, regulatory and litigation experience, and the ability to develop and lead client relationships. This is an opportunity to help shape a regional office, collaborate with colleagues across offices, and build a market-facing employment practice in New Jersey.
