Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor group in New York. The role will take a senior position within a traditional labor & employment practice handling counseling, litigation and labor relations matters for a diverse client base.

The team advises employers on workplace compliance, collective bargaining and dispute resolution, and works across transactional and litigation matters. The role offers a platform to develop and expand client relationships and to play a visible leadership role within the office.

Established partner with significant experience in labor & employment law, including counseling and employment litigation
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to become admitted)
Proven client-development skills and a portable book of business or demonstrated ability to originate work
Experience leading teams and working collaboratively across practice groups
