Senior hiring for a partner to join and help grow a busy employment and labor practice in the firm's Philadelphia office. The role combines client-facing counseling, traditional labor work and employment litigation across regional and national matters.

The team is looking for a leader who can develop originations, expand client relationships and take a visible role in business development and recruiting. This is an opportunity to join an established national practice and help scale its local presence.

Established partner with a track record in labor and employment law (counseling and litigation).
Proven business development skills and experience growing a practice; a portable/transferable client base is preferred.
Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and build a team in a local office.
Active bar admission and strong communication and client-management skills.
