Lead and grow an established employment and labor practice in a busy Philadelphia office of a well-regarded national law firm. The role combines client-facing work, case oversight, and business development across traditional labor and employment matters.

The successful candidate will manage a team of attorneys and staff, handle high-stakes litigation and counseling matters, and work closely with colleagues across offices on regional and national matters.

  • Proven partner-calibre experience in labor and employment law (litigation, counseling, and/or labor relations).
  • Track record of managing complex matters and supervising teams of lawyers and support staff.
  • Demonstrable business development ability — ability to bring or build client relationships and contribute to firm growth.
  • Admission to practice in Pennsylvania or eligibility for admission; strong communication and client-management skills.
