Senior hiring for a partner to lead and grow an established employment and labor litigation practice in the firm's Philadelphia office. The role will combine courtroom and trial work with high-value counseling and dispute resolution for employers across a range of industries.

Successful candidates will join a busy team handling complex individual and collective employment disputes, policy and compliance counseling, and preventive workplace strategies. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility, matter leadership, and the opportunity to develop new business.

The firm is seeking an experienced partner comfortable supervising associates, managing caseloads from intake through trial, and contributing to practice development. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is an asset.

  • Established partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including trials and hearings
  • Proven experience advising employers on workplace compliance and risk management
  • Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portability of work is welcome
  • Ability to supervise and mentor associates and manage a team on complex matters
  • Admission to practice in Pennsylvania (or willingness to seek admission) and ability to manage matters across the region
