Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia employment and labor team. The role will focus on advising employers on workplace litigation, collective bargaining, and day-to-day labor and employment matters across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will help grow a regional practice from the firm's Philadelphia office and work with a collaborative, multi-office team. This is a practice-building opportunity for an experienced trial and counseling lawyer who can handle complex matters and contribute to client development.

Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including litigation and counseling.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or able to obtain admission) and able to represent clients in the jurisdiction.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is preferred.
Strong trial and negotiation skills, and experience working with cross-office teams on complex matters.
