Senior employment and labor partner opportunity to join a growing Philadelphia office of a national law firm. The role focuses on leading and expanding a full-service labor & employment practice, advising employers on litigation, counseling, and employment-related risk management.

The successful candidate will help build local presence, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with colleagues across offices to win and deliver client work. The office is actively recruiting experienced litigators and counselors to deepen its regional platform.
