The role will involve counseling and litigating a broad range of workplace matters for employers across industries, including discrimination, wage-and-hour, labor relations and employment contract disputes.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling high-stakes cases and preventive counseling, contributing to practice growth and client development. Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Substantial partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including trial and litigation experience
Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar (or eligible for reciprocity) and authorized to practice in relevant jurisdictions
