Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor group in the Philadelphia office. The role involves leading and developing client engagements across traditional labor and employment matters, counseling employers on workplace policies, and representing clients in administrative and litigation venues.

The team advises a diverse employer base across multiple industries and offers collaboration with experienced litigators and employment counselors. This position provides a platform to grow a portable practice and mentor junior lawyers while contributing to business development and practice strategy.

Proven partner-level experience in labor and employment law (union labor, employment litigation, workplace counseling).
Track record of client development and ability to manage and develop a portable book of business.
Strong litigation and/or counseling skills, with experience handling administrative agency matters and court proceedings.
Excellent written and oral advocacy, team leadership, and client relationship skills.
