Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Research Triangle Park office to help grow a busy Employment & Labor practice. The role offers an opportunity to work across labor & employment matters alongside complementary corporate, IP and litigation teams.

The firm is particularly interested in partners with a portable practice who can develop client relationships and collaborate across offices on matters such as ERISA, benefits, wage-and-hour, union-related work and employment litigation. There is flexibility on how a successful candidate is integrated into the partnership structure.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record of originating and managing client work (portable book of business preferred)
Significant experience in employment & labor matters; ERISA, benefits or employment litigation experience a plus
Proven ability to lead teams, develop client relationships and cross-sell into corporate/IP/litigation practices
Bar admission and good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)
