Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Richmond. The role will focus on advising and representing employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters, and will work with an established regional team.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, develop client relationships, and contribute to team growth and practice development. This is an opportunity to take on hands-on client work while helping shape the group's strategic direction in the market.

Proven partner-level experience in labor and employment law.
Track record of managing and originating matters and developing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is desirable.
Strong counseling and advocacy skills across workplace investigations, employment litigation, and preventative advice.
Ability to collaborate with and mentor lawyers at multiple levels.
