Lead and grow a busy employment and labor practice from the Sacramento office of a well-regarded national firm. The role combines partner-level client work, matter management, and practice development across employee benefits, labor relations, and employment litigation and counseling.

The team advises employers on a broad range of workplace matters and seeks an experienced partner who can provide strategic advice, manage complex disputes, and mentor junior lawyers. The firm values candidates who can both service existing clients and expand the practice through client development and cross-office collaboration.

Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including employee benefits and employment litigation/counseling.
Admission to practice in California (or willingness to become admitted).
Track record of leading teams and managing complex client matters.
Demonstrated business development ability — ability to bring or build client relationships and grow a portable practice.
