Senior employment partner role at a prominent national law firm’s Sacramento office, leading a busy practice focused on discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class-action litigation.

The role combines client development, case strategy and courtroom advocacy across single-plaintiff and complex collective/class matters. You will mentor associates, build cross-office relationships, and contribute to practice-group growth initiatives.

Established partner-level experience in employment litigation with emphasis on discrimination, wage & hour, and class actions.
Proven trial and motion practice skills and experience managing high-stakes matters from intake through resolution.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; a portable practice or business development pipeline is preferred.
Leadership experience supervising teams and collaborating across offices; active bar admission and eligibility to practice in California.
