Well-established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Sacramento office to lead and grow a regional litigation and employment practice. The role will handle high-stakes commercial and employment disputes and will work across related areas including professional liability, healthcare and construction matters.

The successful candidate will be a client-focused trial lawyer with a demonstrable record of originating and managing client relationships, supervising teams, and growing revenue. This is a leadership role with responsibility for business development and mentoring junior lawyers.

Admission to practice in California; active bar status required.
Partner-level litigation and employment law experience with significant trial and courtroom exposure.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and to grow a portable practice.
Experience handling professional liability, healthcare, or construction-related disputes preferred; strong leadership and team management skills.
