Established partner with a track record in technology, privacy/data protection, software or healthcare matters.
Demonstrable experience advising on software licensing, data/privacy compliance, and technology transactions.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable book-development capability is welcome.
Strong communication and client-facing skills, and experience working with cross‑office or national practice teams.
