Partner, Employment & Labor — San Francisco

Established lateral partner opportunity to join a leading US employment and labor practice in San Francisco. The role will focus on advising employers across employee benefits, collective bargaining, workplace policies, and employment litigation and counseling.

The group serves a broad client base across multiple industries; the incoming partner will work collaboratively with existing teams and have the opportunity to grow a portable practice. This role combines client work with a clear expectation to contribute to business development and team leadership.

• Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including employee benefits and labor relations.
• Track record of handling complex employment litigation and counseling matters for employer clients.
• Demonstrable business development ability and willingness to help expand the practice; portable client relationships a plus.
• Admission to practice in California (or ability to obtain) and experience mentoring junior lawyers.
