Search for a partner to join a busy Employment & Labor practice in Seattle. The role focuses on employee benefits work, with particular emphasis on ESOP matters alongside broader benefits counseling and plan design.

Successful candidates will advise public- and private‑company clients on benefit plan strategy, compliance, and transactional aspects, and will collaborate with colleagues across offices on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters.

The firm seeks a partner with an established client focus and the ability to build or bring a portable practice; the position offers a platform to expand benefits/ESOP work within an integrated national practice.

  • Partner-level experience advising on employee benefits matters, including ESOPs and other retirement/incentive arrangements.
  • Demonstrated client development skills and the ability to contribute or bring a portable practice.
  • Experience with counseling on plan design, ERISA compliance, and transactional benefits issues; litigation experience is a plus.
  • Bar admission in Washington (or ability to obtain) and experience working with multi-office teams.
