Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation and labor & employment team in Seattle. The role will handle commercial and professional-liability matters, employment disputes, and litigation for healthcare and construction-related clients.

The successful candidate will lead cases, develop client relationships, and work with an established team across related practice areas. There is opportunity to grow a portable practice or bring an existing book of business.

Established trial and courtroom experience in commercial, employment, or professional-liability litigation
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portability of work welcomed
Strong drafting, motion practice, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams handling healthcare and construction matters
